Returns/Cancellation
While H&S strives to maintain the highest level of quality and craftsmanship, there are inadvertently some gaps that might arise. Should you feel that there is a manufacturing defect or the fit is not proper, please follow the instructions for return or refund as stated below.
NOTE: All products are either bespoke (custom-made for you) or made-to-order (made when you order online).
PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGE (APPLICABLE TO ALL TYPES OF PRODUCTS)
- First please call +91 7397475695 and give the details of the order and the reason for your return (manufacturing defect, improper fit)
- We will arrange for a return pick up of the product. Please ensure that the original packaging and the original tag are intact and have not been removed
- In case you are in Chennai you are free to visit our bespoke showroom at 15/2, College Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai 600006 and explain the reason in person
- Once we receive the product our Personal Craftsman will call you (in case of bespoke products) at an appointed time to learn more details on the issue
- The product will be remade with the inputs given and shipped to you within 30 days
REFUND (APPLICABLE ONLY TO MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS)
- For all bespoke products (products made with customised measurements) are not eligible for refund as they have been made specifically for you
- For made to order products (like bags / wallets) please return the same within 7 days of receipt of product along with the original packaging and tag. Please call customer care on +91 7397475695 and we will arrange for the pick up. However please note that the refund will be less of the shipping charges incurred
- The money will be refunded only through Cheque / NEFT. Hence while calling customer care please give the relevant details as well
CANCELLATION
- Cancellation of the order – both for bespoke and made-to-order can be done within 48 hours after placing the order. Full refund will be given as per the above procedure. To cancel your order please call customer care on +91 7397475695 and they will arrange for the cancellation
- Cancellation of bespoke order (customised) is not allowed after 48 hours
- Cancellation of made-to-order products cannot be done after 48 hours. You can return the products after receipt (please follow above process for that)
